Pieces are made to order.

they can be returned for resizing for free,

shipping and return at your charge.

Once you have received the confirmation Email for your order,

It cannot be changed or cancelled.

pieces cannot be returned for an exchange.

If you want to change something about your order, customize the piece and so on, contact us at gaspard.hex@gmail.com

and we will examine the situation as each case is different.

gaspard hex pieces are usually quite strong and long lasting,

but if something happens to it, you can send it back for a repair or refreshing. 

Depending on the situation it will be free of charge or not.

depending on the case we may advise you to have it done at your local jewelry workshop or ship it back to us.

in general please note that our way of crafting is special

and that it's better to ship it back to us.
